Day 7 - York!

Day 7 - York lived up to all expectations. I joined the seniors club and signed up for a guided tour of the York Minster. Wow these tour guides know their history! York evolved out of Jorvik (Lily stop yawning) and we visited a reconstructed Viking village. The English know how to create amazing museums - this too was awesome. Braz tried the local beer in the oldest pub and the fish and chips. After York we drove to Knarlesborough where we were going to go for a hike but I'd blown out my calf so that was out. We hobbled around and then found ourselves in the dried out moat of the town's castle ruins - a beautiful find.
